PngDonut respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and comparable laws in other countries.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content hosted on pngdonut.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@pngdonut.com (or via our contact page). To be effective, your notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the material you want removed, so we can locate it on the Site.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Submit takedown notice

Our response

Upon receiving a notice that satisfies the requirements above, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material and make a good-faith effort to notify the user who uploaded it.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@pngdonut.com including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location on the Site, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error. On receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within the timeframe required by law unless the original complainant informs us that legal action has been filed.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of the intellectual-property rights of others.

False claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Only submit a notice if you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.
